 Mt. St. Mary’s, Greenmeadows. 7/6/71. Dear Mum & Dad, Exams begin tomorrow & last until Wednesday when we have Orals. I have 2 Orals now – Dogma & Moral. There is not much news this week. Fr. Hickey is in Wellington at present seeing Fr. Bourke about a new superior for up here. Fr. Hickey hopes to have one appointed for next term. He returns tomorrow, so we might know soon. Another favourite seems to be Fr. Roach, who teaches us history. We are still having very warm weather. There doesn’t seem to be any more news! The Deacons are all at Highden on retreat. After these, there’s only 2 more bands to go before it’s my turn! Love from Bruce |
