 Mt. St. Marys, Greenmeadows. Fri. morning. (16 Feb 1968) Dear Mum & Dad, Just a short note; I will write again on Sunday when more time is available. Please could you send, as soon as possible, my U.E. Result Card. (I think it is in your drawer Mum). That is the U.E. Accrediting Card. Send it to:- DIRECTOR OF EXTRA-MURAL STUDIES, MASSEY UNIVERSITY, PALMERSTON NORTH. The reason is that I am doing a part-time course in English – Stage I and I need this to apply. Fr. Mannix has sent the Application forms in, so if you would send that card everything would be set. It might pay to put a note in – “U.E. Result Card for Bruce Bernard Goodman. Application forms for Extra-mural course have been forwarded from Mt. St. Mary’s, Greenmeadows, Box 43, Taradale” – or something like that.
