Max was driving along the freeway and realized he needed to stop at a rest area. He went in, locked a cubicle door, and sat down.

“How’s it going?” said a loud male voice from the cubicle next door.

Max was a little hesitant to answer. One has to be wary in these public rest rooms.

“Fine,” said Max tentatively.

“You heading east or west?” said the voice.

It was none of his business, but Max answered, “I’m heading west.”

“You had lunch yet?” said the voice.

“I’m thinking of having lunch after this,” replied Max.

“Look,” said the voice, “I’ll call you back. The weirdo in the cubicle next door keeps answering my questions.”
