The Greek gods, Apollo and Artemis were twin brother and sister. Apollo and Artemis were famous hunters. They would often go hunting together with bows and arrows.

One day, Apollo organized a great hunt in the forest, and invited a number of other gods to come along. Apollo liked to do that, because he regarded himself as the most accurate and successful hunter on Olympus. Apollo liked to show off. He even invited Pan, whom he detested.

So there they were, strolling down a mountain path in search of game, bows and arrows at the ready. Who should appear in front of them but Prometheus? He was bringing fire to the earth. “What you got there?” called Apollo.

“Fire!” shouted Prometheus.

How unfortunate!
