You wouldn’t believe it. They say that truth is stranger than fiction and I quite believe it. Mr. Schneider was the school’s music teacher. His class was made up of Robert, Norbert, Gilbert, Albert, Herbert, Hubert, Lambert, Cuthbert, Engelbert, Bertrand, Bertram, Bertie, and Bert. I’m not pulling your leg. Thank goodness there is a new music pupil today. He’s not only apparently very talented but his name is Franz. He will be the only one not to answer to the name of Bert. “I would like to welcome Franz to the music class,” said Mr. Schneider. “Just for my books, what is your surname?” “Schubert, sir,” said Franz.
