When Elgin got home he couldn’t remember if he was told “Take two a day” or “Take twice a day” or “Take two twice a day”. The last option would mean that he take four a day so he decided that that was what he had been told to do. Four a day it was. That was a good month ago. He was running out. So he cut it down to one twice a day, and then down to one once a day. Even that became burdensome so he stopped altogether.
