I’ve just heard the sad news of your boyfriend’s suicide. What a shock. I knew James really well since we started school together, and we have shared many moments of great fun.
When he started going out with you I must admit I was surprised and a little taken aback. I was hoping it was me you fancied!! Perhaps we could pick up where you and James left off?
It must have been a shock to find him hanging in your bathroom. I had just seen him earlier that morning and he said he was going to your house. Of course he didn’t know you weren’t there. I knew you weren’t going to be there but I didn’t tell him. We got into a bit of an argument actually. He called me a few things that I didn’t like very much. So I don’t have very good memories of when I last saw him alive at your place.
