Ashby Folville is one of many relatively unspoilt villages in the north east of Leicestershire. The landscape is rolling with a fair scattering of trees and the village sits comfortably on a series of bends running alongside a stream. There are only a small number of houses surrounding the church which overlooks one end of the cricket field.
