I love Jerusalem Artichokes, not only the vegetable, but the plant!
This relation of the sunflower (it's neither an artichoke nor from Jerusalem) grows ten feet tall in a season. The lovely yellow flowers attract lots of butterflies.
They are such a happy plant! I always grow them.
